DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Financial Director will supervise the overall fiscal management of multiple senior living communities including accounting functions, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, cost report schedules and budget variance reporting.  Additionally, the selected candidate will have a working knowledge of implementing and authoring fiscal policies and procedures, preparing consolidated financial statements, training staff as necessary to perform financial duties, assisting with preparation and supervision of the annual budget, and monitoring cash flow.  COVID-19 related duties include tracking sources and uses of various stimulus funds.  Facility level visits and functions may include internal audits, accounts receivable reviews and presentation of financial statements to various stakeholders.

POSITION LOCATION

This position will include a mix of work locations to include Affinity Health Services, Inc. corporate headquarters in Indiana, PA; home office; and travel to facilities located throughout Pennsylvania.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A degree in Accounting, a full understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, experience in healthcare and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.  Experience in health care accounting is a plus.
